Collect photos from your company event — without a private account
After the summer party, the pictures sit on one colleague's private phone. That's convenient — and exactly where it starts to get awkward.
Because at some point that colleague leaves the company, and the pictures leave with them. Or they upload them to a cloud service with servers in the US, and later nobody can say where the photos of the workforce actually are or when they will be deleted.
A dedicated gallery takes care of both: the pictures belong to the company, they are stored encrypted on servers in Germany, and they are verifiably deleted after the period you booked — not just hidden. We remind you two weeks and three days beforehand, so you can save whatever should go on the intranet.
For HR, the key point is a different one: every guest confirms on joining that they hold the rights to their pictures and that the people shown have agreed. And any picture can be removed at any time — by you as well, not only by whoever uploaded it. It works the same way at any other corporate event: conference, kick-off, anniversary reception, trade fair evening, client event. Wherever people gather and take photos, nothing about the process changes.
Invoice made out to the company
When ordering, you enter the billing address and, if required, the VAT identification number. Payment is by Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Amazon Pay.
Approve first, visible second
If you wish, nobody sees a picture until you have approved it. For the late hours, that is the setting you won't regret the next morning.
A deletion date that is kept
The storage period is part of the package, it runs from the first picture, and deletion is handled by an automated process — not by a colleague's good intentions.

On servers in Frankfurt am Main, encrypted at rest — storage and processing happen there and nowhere else. The data centres are run by Amazon Web Services; our contracting party is based in Luxembourg, its parent company in the USA. We do not transfer any data there. Our privacy policy explains how this is safeguarded.
Can strangers see the photos?
Only people with the link get in — the address contains a random part and can't be guessed. If you want to be extra sure, set a four-digit access code. Search engines are excluded.
Can I delete pictures again?
As the host you can hide or delete any picture. Guests can only remove their own uploads, not other people's. And you can delete the whole gallery early at any time, without asking us.
What happens when the time is up?
Then we really delete — pictures, videos and guests' names. So it doesn't catch you out, on the paid plans we remind you fourteen days and again three days beforehand by email, in good time to save everything. Only the short trial plan has no reminder.
